Sorry I've been sort of MIA... Soren and I were supposed to be at the lake last night and then it was supposed to be tonight but now it's tomorrow. We've moved pretty much everything that we can and have cleaned our rooms so we're going tomorrow. His grandparents are pretty much there, I'm sure they have reasoning but I don't know nor do I understand. I really like plans and structure which is why I do fairly well at Navy so when our plans fall through or change I have a hard time. Soren doesn't and he's helped me tremendously. I am not chill and I do not go with the flow well. I think anyone who knows me would agree. When I set a time I will stick to that time. Most times I will do everything I can to be early. I like structure, I like dates, I like plans. That wasn't the point of tonight's blog but it's something that I've always struggled with. That was my biggest take a way from plebe summer, I hated not knowing the agenda. I am the person who plans what I'm going to pack for a trip days in advance. I used to schedule my days to the minute, I love planners. Perhaps I'm just really type A, or I just get it from my parents, I don't know but I've always been like this. I don't like change.

Enough of that! Today I ran again for the first time since my attempt on Monday. I went to the high school track and I walked for 10 minutes, ran for 10 minutes, and ended it with another 10 minute walk. Then I picked up Dunkin' Donuts for me and Soren and I went back to his grandparents' house. There isn't any food here because they clean out the fridge and pantry and take it to the camp. When I got back I showered and changed and packed up the majority of my stuff and cleaned my bathroom. We ate our food and then Soren packed up his stuff and then he dropped off the recycling at the recycling center/dump and I made the first trip with our stuff. Then we both got gas in our respective vehicles, got another load of stuff and went back out to camp in his truck. Our initial plan was to do a little yard work and then eat dinner at the lake but we didn't do that. We were going to have burgers but no one got buns, trust me when I say this was a big deal, so we just ate leftovers at his mom's house. We also decided to do the yard work tomorrow. I realize now that my day wasn't super exciting it was just a lot of running around and tidying up. Nothing wrong with that there just isn't a lot to write about.

My classes start on Tuesday, I haven't heard anything from my new professor. I haven't had her but I did Google her and she's a published author. I think that's pretty cool. I also read her Rate My Professor and it wasn't bad so that's a good start. However, she only had one review. We'll see, it can't be that bad because it's online school.

We're going to have breakfast at his mom's and take all of our stuff out to camp tomorrow. If it does take more than one trip, I'll be a little surprised but it also shouldn't be too bad. Depending on what time I wake up I might do it before we have breakfast but we'll see.

Soren found this new series on Netflix called History 101 and each episode is a little under 25 minutes and honestly they're entertaining enough that even I enjoyed them. I don't love shows like that because I find them to either be too simple or too complex but because these episodes were so short they were bearable. I would recommend if you're looking for something more enriching than Keeping Up With the Kardashians. I don't even know if that's on Netflix but Soren's family really doesn't like them. I don't think mine does either we just haven't ever talked about it.

Alright I'm pretty tired so I'm going to stop typing. I hope everyone enjoys their 3-day weekend!
