it snowed saturday

Yes, believe it or not it snows here in May!! It's okay because it didn't stick to the roads and it's almost all melted but still... I was not happy to see it.

Tomorrow is Mother's Day and I can say that it's hit home a little. I wish I could be home with my mom. Of course I'll Facetime her and I sent her a gift and stuff but it's not the same. We're going to have a lot of celebrations once this whole "no travel" thing is up.

I didn't do a whole lot today. I did read some of my book Dad, if you were wondering. Soren and I made bacon, egg, and cheese bagels. I tried out my new avocado tool but the avocado was bad so we didn't get to eat it. Afterwards we watched some Netflix, I called Allison and then we just hung out. Today was chill.

Tomorrow Soren's mom and little brother are coming over for breakfast. I'll be making waffles. I don't know what else we'll have but I'm sure it'll be nice.

I finished the second season of "Dead to Me." It's a Netflix original, I would recommend. It's an easier watch and the episodes are only 30 mins so you really breeze through it.

I'm thinking of doing some creative writing. I was going to start today but my heart wasn't in it. For not doing a whole lot I was just tired today. I should be better tomorrow.

I don't really have anything else I just felt like I should write something so here it is! I don't think anyone will read this tonight but it's okay, I enjoy writing it. Happy almost Mother's Day!
