Is this a midlife crisis? This time last year I was on a beach in North Carolina with one of my good friends, Madeline. Now, I am sitting anxiously awaiting news about my summer. Don't get me wrong, I'm so happy to be done with school but I just want to know what's going to happen!! All of the mids do, I'm not alone in this thought it's just very unlike the Naval Academy to not tell us. Oh well, onto slightly more exciting topics.

I did not get out of bed until 11:00 today. I got ready and then I got back in bed. I really wanted to make an omelette and I told Soren I would so I made the bacon only to realize we didn't have any eggs! I ended up eating cereal and he ate some toast. It's okay, we'll get eggs soon. Then I put on real makeup for the first time in awhile and attempted to take a head shot for my coach. I even googled "how to take your own head shot." I settled on a picture that Soren took because mine looked super selfie-ish.

Soren took his last exam today and I worked out. I was going to do a Fitbod workout and a dance video but I wasn't feeling up to it. I did a Fitbod workout and it was pretty killer. I'm beginning to think that the app ups your reps the more you do their workouts. That'd make sense I just never thought it'd be so advanced. I am hoping to run tomorrow. It was 60 today and it's supposed to be about 60 tomorrow. Warm weather is exciting!

I finished the first season of "Virgin River." It had a cliff hanger ending but Netflix says that they're going to make a second season, I can't wait. It was good, I would recommend. There are a lot of separate stories going on at once but it's good overall. I will be waiting for the second season!

For some reason Soren got super into Dr. Phil today and wanted to find a way to watch it but apparently it's only available on live TV or you have to pay $20... Thankfully he thought that wasn't worth it and I didn't have to watch it. We settled on watching some Youtube videos of Chris Hansen catching child predators. It's more entertaining than it sounds, trust me.

I'm still waiting on my final grades. The majority of my exams were essays so I know that they take longer to grade which is understandable. Due to all of my newfound free time, I think I'm going to get a new book or maybe a coloring book. I really used to enjoy both of those things so maybe I'll pick them back up.

We made nachos for dinner! Yes, it sounds like we can't cook but we actually can we're just feeling kind of lazy and who doesn't love nachos. I cooked the chicken myself and I used my own seasoning. I wanted to use some sort of taco like seasoning but I didn't have that. I used chili powder, garlic powder, onion powder, salt and pepper and the chicken was tasty! I was just cooking it so I could cut up and put on nachos but still. Here's a picture, they were delish and they had bacon on them so what's not to love. The few gaps on the tray were because we started eating them and then I remembered to take a picture, oops.

In my personal opinion, they could've used a little more cheese or queso but other than that, they were awesome.

In the midst of writing this the wifi went out and I was worried that I'd have to rewrite the whole thing. Luckily this website site has an auto-save function and I only had to rewrite a little bit.

Hope everyone is enjoying their time at home and that you're all healthy!
